The Restoration Begins...

Below is the house prior to repairs. The inside stucture and load bearing walls have been badly burned, leaving only one option...the entire top level must be demolished. The downstairs will also be 'gutted' completely...

Below, the house has been gutted, and the top story removed.

Framing Continues...

Below you can see that we have added a balcony just outside the master suite. The Higgins have chosen for their quarters to be on the top story, and the kids will be downstairs this time, should there ever be a need to escape, the children will make it out with ease. We have also chosen a fire-resistant siding, and numorous emergency exits.
